| Youth Farm Stand at Holmes Middle School in Flint! |
| In partnership with the Kellogg Foundation, Mott Foundation, Genesee Intermediate School District (GISD), and Holmes Middle School, Happy Family Farms has launched the Flint Schools' first Youth Farm Stand, which educates students in the agricultural and entrepreneurial operation of a state-of-the-art greenhouse and hydroponic garden. From "seed to sale", we are instructing the students at Holmes Middle School the rich traditions of conventional farming, as well as the science and advanced technology behind hydroponics, alternative energy, and organic farming methods.
